Definitely some pros and cons about this place
Pro's:
If something happens in your apartment, management is very quick to get it taken care of.
The complex is kept pretty clean
It's quiet for the most part
This complex has a fantastic pool
Con's:
The pool is not 24 hours
No gym
When we first applied to the complex they lost our deposit money order
The complex is run by HOA
You have to have parking passes and are only allowed to have 2 passes, or else your company will be towed at their cost
They are picky about what you keep on your patio
Lots of dog poop is on the ground throughout the complex, even though they DNA test your pets
Overall is a decent place to live, but if you're not okay with HOA I definitely wouldn't recommend living here because this place is very strict on their guidelines. I personally won't be resigning because of the parking passes. If you come home past 10 pm on any day of the week you won't be able to find parking (even with the new parking passes that they started enforcing January 1, 2016), and I don't like the office telling me how many people I'm allowed to have at my house, or keep tabs of the parking permits that I request, and make me feel bad for asking for 3 additional parking passes for guests and them counting the Permanent personal parking passes as guest passes.
