  • I enjoy Ganley Subaru of Bedford more than any other dealership that offers service. There is FREE popcorn, FREE juice boxes, FREE coffee, and the glass case next to the popcorn machine has dozens of Marvel/DC action figures to enjoy looking at. Overall, a very nice environment to wait in if you just want to sit somewhere and wait while your car is being worked on. I brought my laptop, (they have FREE Wi-Fi) and had some popcorn with Fruit Punch drink boxes. I felt like a kid again! Then I realized I was at a car dealership. Overall, I feel the snacks and drinks mask an issue. Ganley Subaru of Bedford has truly offered me the BEST service and has even told me what I don't need to do on my car and charge me less (for example, they just felt I needed the oil change NOT the 50,000 mile service) First, I have to say, I have been to several different dealerships as I have owned two different cars before my Subaru and as far as dealership service departments go, this IS one of the best I've been to. Now with that, they can be MUCH better. I had an issue at Ganley Westside Imports (I will NOT be returning to this service department if can help it) and although they spotted an issue that would have gone ignored by Ganley Westside Imports, they should have done more to help FIX the problem Westside left with my brake line instead of just "watching it" over time as I came in for maintenance. Honestly, just flush the lines and give Ganley Westside the bill. They didn't do the job right so YOU guys should fix the problem so the customer will be happy now and will be more than happy to come back. So, every time I come back to this dealership I tell them the brake line "situation" because EVERY TIME I COME BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TALKS ABOUT MY BRAKES BEING FLUSHED!! You guys KNOW Ganley Westside made a mistake and didn't do the job right, just FIX IT and send them the bill! I feel that this is something that Bedford can fix they just will not fix another dealerships mistake at their expense. Ganley Subaru of Bedford is truly better than most dealership service departments but I do feel they can improve. My last visit was such a pleasant experience. The service rep was an absolute gentleman and didn't treat me like some dumb brunette chick (I can talk cars with the best of the boys and I'm not ashamed to say it!). He saw that I knew my car very well and was honest. I was impressed. At the end of the day though, it was still a dealership service department that took care of my Subaru with honesty and hard work. I appreciate that but they should go the extra mile and "fix" the "problems and issues" that their sister companies with Ganley create. Like I said, when I come back Ganley Bedford, FLUSH MY BRAKE LINES AND SEND WESTSIDE IMPORTS THE BILL! Be the better company and fix the issue.
