  • I visited this location today(6/19/16) to drop off a box. There was only one customer in the store. He was being helped by an African american guy with a jacked up mohawk. No one acknowledged that I was standing in the drop off line. The two individuals Rob and another guy just looked up and kept typing. I stood there for 5 minutes and nothing. I politely ask the black guy, "Who worked in the drop off area and he ignored me?" They treated me like I didn't exist. Rob eventually appeared and asked me, "What was in the box?" There was clothes in the box that I was returning purchased via web. I wouldn't dare ship anything illegal in a box or affiliate myself with it. The staff at this location need to learn professionalism or find a job that they enjoy.
