  • James and Jay came to my son's new home to deliver a dryer. They noticed that the washing machine tray and drain were not installed correctly. They pointed this out to us and we were able to get the construction manager to come immediately since the washer was to be moved in a few hours. The tray and drain were fixed and we were able to have the washer installed with no problems. This is going to extra mile!! They didn't have to point this out but they did and therefore helped us avert a major water disaster. Thank you James and Jay! You deserve a customer service award.
