rev:text	My mom and I have been taking our vehicles in here for 10 years until about a month ago. I brought my car in needing an oil change and found out my car was needing some repairs which of course is expected, overtime. However, having to spend over $2000, and bringing the car back more than five times within three weeks was not something I anticipated. As of today, my car is still not fixed! As a matter fact, it runs a lot worse than it did before and makes a very loud whistle noise because I believe they put a hole in the reservoir. What's worse is that I can't even run the heater as winter approaches, because the exhaust fumes come inside the vehicle through the heater and that's toxic!! My engine light still comes on. I have pretty much given up on taking it back to them because it seems like nobody knows what the heck they are doing. During my last visit there, a gentleman named Josh or Jeremy said To me, " you just need to get a new car ". That was the last time I will ever go to Big O Tires especially at this location because as long as my mom and I have taken this car, a car that has actually been with the family since we first got it which was a few years ago, the service here was very disappointing. I guess because I am a single mother of a newborn they felt they could take advantage of me and the situation which ended up costing me in the long run because now I have to save up to have a second mechanic either actually fix what's going on with this car or possibly look at getting a new one. Never in my life had I taken a car to a place and the car started performing worse every time I brought it in. I hope this happens to no one else.
