I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just an over all bad experience. I booked the standard king bed suite and the room looked like it was from the 1920s and not in a good vintage way. it was not smoke free like I had requested and the room and bathroom were disgusting. the tub had black stains on the inside, paint peeling off and it smelled awful. I had to pay more just to get a smoke free room that was in better condition. But the thing that pushed me over the edge with them was what happened when I went to pack up my car to leave.
During my stay they were remodeling which had an area closed off and parking spots designated to park during the construction, (my car was parked in a place that was not blocked off). when I went to my car Monday morning I noticed these white specks all over my car, I than noticed they were painting the outside of the building with a sprayer. There are no signs posted saying they are painting/spraying. I tried to handle this issue with the Manager Regina Trippler, who was no help and told me it was just dust. Dust does not stay on a car after whipping the car with a wet rag. she was very rude and refused to contact the GM Nathan. This morning (the fallowing day) I called again and Regina answered, when I asked if Nathan was in she said yes, and then she asked what it was about. After I told her she didn't allow me to speak to him, again. Since I am in California, its not like I can just drive over there. So it looks like they wont be contacting me or taking care of this issue. They have horrible customer service and I will be reporting them to BBB.
