  • They're lucky they are contracted through Home Warranties and the union or else they'd never find work. When I scheduled through my HW, I specifically asked the girl if they worked on manufactured homes to which she said 'yes'. This has been a problem in the past, so I wanted to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. I had to change the time of my appointment and I also asked another girl the same thing to which she answered 'yes'. Sad to say, the plumber showed up and said they weren't able to work on manufactured homes. I wasted 5 hours of my day waiting for them and had to re-schedule. SUCH a waste of time and THE WORST customer service.
