  • I was excited to find this place while exploring Phoenix on bike. I'd been staying at an airbnb down the street and I stopped in to talk to Keith. He was wise and funny and recommended I ride by Carly's where the hostel crew was at trivia night. The next day, however, I was verbally abused by another manager there. It was one of the rudest experiences I've had. I had been waiting in the common area outside that morning to get breakfast w some friends I had met the night before. I was treated like a dog and told to leave immediately. Pretty ironic since this was, ya know, a hostel that maybe would value things like kindness and community. Good luck if you choose to stay here...
