  • That is not so bad as people complains. The air crew are nice and friendly. Please pre-arrange your check in and pay the luggage. Otherwise I didn't see any issues. Even it's very easy and efficient to get your checked luggage. The landing is better than the virgin airline. I didn't see this air company so "cheap" so described by those unhappy customers. I would recommend this airline company.
