  • I wouldn't recommend the $100 2-hr facial for the following reasons: 1) Products are full of alcohol and perfume 2) They don't tell you what type of facial they are doing or the steps. I had a really cold mask go on my face with some cold tool massaging over it. 3) I was asked my age! 4) The facial scrub is not with an exfoliant but some really weak electronic brush 5) Extractions - they use the easy method which is with the metal loop stick, no kleenex and fingers.) 6) Massage - they aren't professionals and it's really like somebody washing you with a towel 7) Uncomfortable bed - it was so hot due to the plastic cover 8) Scalp massage made my hair super oily when I left the place. I went home and shampooed and took a shower to remove all that perfume smell with whatever products they applied on me. I would much rather go back to Holt's where their products don't have an irritating smell. I didn't buy any products.
