  • My son and I stayed at this Comfort Inn during my recent visit to the University of Wisconsin, where he attends. After the school tour, we were really tire but it was early for the check in, however, the hotel allowed the early check in at no charge, in fact they made us feel really welcomed, and told us our room was waiting for us. Very courteous staff. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel is perfectly located close to downtown and the airport. They provided me with a 4 A.M. courtesy shuttle to the airport, which was great cause it allowed my son to stay and rest. I should mention that during the reservation there was an error made by Expedia that booked me for a different date and charged me twice, the hotel promptly resolved the issue and refunded me. We highly recommend it.
