  • Went here while in town for the weekend with a group of four, based on the great reviews. Service was deplorable. Immediately got our drink order -- although a drink menu never showed, up so could order only what the server told us about. After drinks, was about 20 minutes before the waiter showed up again, to take our food order. The food came out and most of our group liked theirs. I found mine so-so, with the ribeye ordered medium rare and arriving somewhere between medium well and well done. Our requested water for the table showed up about five minutes before it was time to leave, and we ran out of drinks about 20 minutes before our waiter checked in on us after our food got dropped off. All in all, I've had better Mexican food, but I've far better service. Maybe ours was an anomaly, given all the other ratings, but I was pretty disappointed and probably won't repeat. Only highlight was the pleasant tableside guacamole service, although even they didn't ask as to spiciness level, something I'm used to from other restaurants that make fresh guac to-oder.
