  • Horrible company. Moving from california to maryland. When movers arrived they charged twice as much as the estimate. Was expecting to pay a bit more but not double. I called the company to ask why the cost was going to be double. The person who answered the phone was rude and basically said take it or leave it. As I didn't have the time to look for another company I payed it. My stuff arrived 5 1/2 weeks later when I was told by the driver that picked it up that I would only take 2 weeks. I called the company several times just to have them tell me they didn't know where it was. Later to find my stuff had been in storage for 5 weeks in Vegas. While I waited in an empty apartment for my furniture. There was no reason for keeping my stuff in storage. I was available for drop off 4 days after pick up. Driver upon delivery was good, but missing one box and my dinning room table was broken. Now I have to joy of trying to get reimbursed for the damage and missing stuff. Do not use this company unless you have no time or money constraints.
