  • Customer Service needs a make over. Waited 40 mins in reception area for my appointment and finally walked out. Initially told my stylist would be with me shortly. After 20 mins interrupted the stylist at the reception area who was on her phone to check on how much longer I would have to wait. She did check and indicated about 10 more mins. 20 mins later with no acknowledgement I was there, I walked. Don't waste your $$
