  • NEVER bring your pup here. I dropped my dog off at 11 am and was told he'd be done around 2 or 3. I call at 3:30 and was answered with a very rude tone and when I asked when my dog will be ready I was told he's next and he'll be done around 4. I obviously knew they rushed through his haircut and I'm very angry about the fact that my dog had been sitting in a cage for 5 hours, he does not do well in cages. If they were really busy they could've told me to bring my dog back at a later time instead of stuffing him in a cage all day. When I picked him up I was immediately confronted about how my dog isn't neutered and that he bit the groomer and scratched. I understand that it is a hard job but that is EXACTLY what you signed up for, other salons have used a muzzle on my pup as he is an anxious one due mostly to the fact that he came from an abusive home. She showed me the one small bite and said "he won't bite me again that's for sure" my pup then refused to come out of the cage as if he was scared of the groomer. Unless you want a rude groomer who probably abuses the dogs and a rushed through messy hair cut, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
