| - All Around Door came out to fix a keypad that they installed. They took the bad part out of the keypad and switched it to another part of the system, which of course broke the other keypad immediately. I called and left a message, which was not returned. A full MONTH later, All Around Door has still not returned my call, meanwhile my customers, mailman & delivery services are literally getting stuck inside the gate and CANNOT get out. So, I call again- finally I get Steve on phone and he tells me what his guy did with the bad part, that they'll be out to fix it a week later and need to order the keypad. A week after that, there is still no sign of All Around Door, but I assumed the delay is because they are waiting on the part to come in, and I decide to just be patient... Then, the secretary actually calls me and wants to know why I haven't paid for the incompetent service that broke my keypad!! I get Steve on the phone again and he says that he has not even ordered the other part yet. You are kidding me. I ask him why, and why we did not get a call back for over a month when he knew he made a bad mistake switching bad parts. Steve's reply was "why don't you use another company?" We will, and so should you. This is ridiculous. If you choose to use them, make sure you document their time, because this bad service call took less than their 1/2 hour minimum, but they billed me for a full hour.
