  • I've been here numerous times in the last 5 years and usually enjoy the cafe/coffee shop. There are sometimes a few people in line, and it takes some time to get your food, but that's on a Saturday or Sunday. Today, Wednesday, we went at about 10:30 in the morning and the line was extremely long. We waited almost 30 minutes and only saw one couple actually seated. I will say that a large party was at the head of the line, but I walked around and saw several tables that seated 4 people just sitting there, clean and ready, but no one ever bothered to check the line to see if there were any couples or parties of 3 or 4 waiting to be seated. I really felt sorry for the couple in front of us. He has diabetes and had been fasting all day for a blood test and was not feeling well and needed to get something to eat. I feel that someone should have been seating others while getting things ready for the large party. We finally decided to leave and by this time, there were at least 20 people in line behind us. With the way things were going, they're probably still there!
