| - The quality of service from the store managers and back office staff at Leon's is horrendous. I don't know what sort of system you have but staff have no way of tracking an order and giving clear delivery times. or perhaps they do but they just make up bullshit every time you call them.
2 side tables and a coffee table ordered 6 weeks ago, sales guy said delivery would take 10 days. paid in full the day we purchased, big mistake.
After multiple calls to the store and speaking to a different person every time we called, there was a different delivery time given to us every single time. WHY? How difficult is it to get 3 tables from Scarborough to Mississauga?
Received a call from an associate yesterday, to tell us we needed to come and pay the balance on our order before we shipped...even though we've paid IN FULL on the purchase day 6 weeks prior. Of course we're rightfully pissed as it seems like $500 has magically walked off our purchase, it was a new girl on the phone so my husband apologizes for getting annoyed at her and asks for the manager...manager never comes, we get an operator and then back to the store, still the manager never comes.
We have to get in our car and drive 20 minutes to the store to get an answer from someone, luckily the sales guy we were dealing with day 1, was actually there. He sorts it out as the manager has taken off hiding somewhere - still never appears to apologize. Turns out the tables are in stock - SHOCK!!!
We decide to take them home in the car as we don't trust that they'll actually be delivered any time soon, we take them home and 1 table is correct...well done Leons (sarcasm)...BUT two tables are completelyyyy different from the ones we ordered.
So needless to say we'll be back a final time to this store to retrieve our money and you can guess where you can stick your tables. It shouldn't be this hard to order tables and get a straight answer on when we will receive a delivery. you're definitely doing something wrong!
There is some serious training needed on completing sales and especially the after care of your customers, instead of whatever the training is that the money-hungry vultures, that you seem to have at all of your Leon's or Brick stores have.
