  • My review isn't about the quality of their work. Frankly it was always good. My review is about expectations and customer satisfaction. They had misplaced 2 of my slacks. Two months after the fact they had discovered my slacks. As a regular customer I had asked them for the courtesy of waiving my cleaning fee for my current order...$11.00. They refused...even though I had to go to Kohl's to replace one of the lost slacks. I guesstimate that I spend close to $200.00 annually in their store. I wasn't worth 11 bucks to them. I now go to another dry cleaners for my work garments. They may not be as convenient, they're a mile farther down East Charleston, but I believe in old fashioned customer service. If you make a mistake you own it and make right by it. Their loss.
