  • Run! This hospital is terrible to pets and clients. I took my dog in for orthopedic surgery in which dr.anderson felt he could fix. I went in for my weekly visits(close to an hour wait each time) and they said all is well each time. Here's where the problem started. Ranger had his splint removed and what lie underneath was a nightmare. The splint had caused significant damage to his elbow and left a gaping wound which smelled horrible. His leg didn't even look straight. It honestly looks worse than before. I have to pay to get a second opinion and have gone through hell to get rangers X-rays of the after pictures. Still don't have some. The office became very suspicious about getting the X-rays and led to the point where the vet tech became extremely unprofessional and told me I had to leave. I was not raising my voice or anything, just expressing frustration to the front desk. I left a detailed review of the incident on their Facebook page and they deleted and blocked both my husband and I. They are abusive to their animals recovering from surgery. Run from this place. You get what you pay for. Plus, they have repeatedly flat out refused to send X-ray imaging done at their office to two different vets I am working with.
