  • The initial dealings with Pacific Sales were solid. The salesman was not pressuring and he remembered us when we came back. We ended up purchasing an entire kitchen and washer/dryer and met the pricing I was looking for. The back end though was a mess. They gave an hour courtesy call for delivery and arrived two hours later. They marked a washer as backorder but it was delivered. I called the customer service line and got some acknowledgeable person in California that could not find my order. I was then transferred to the Chandler location and the person who answered insisted that I pay for an item that was on backorder that was already paid for! I nearly blew my top. Our Salesperson called me back and then said he could not deliver the back-ordered item until next week. Not acceptable, told different when purchasing. Ended up getting it over the weekend. From a dollars and cents I got a good deal...from that point it was way too stressful or a transaction.
