  • I've known Geoffrey Lavell for years and his professional reputation is second to none. When it came time to sell my starter home and use the equity to upgrade to a larger home in a more central neighborhood? Well there was no chance I'd pick any firm other then The Lavell Group! Their communication was top notch - email, text or phone - they were never far away and responded to my questions quickly, even on nights and weekends. I felt that they gave solid, fact based advice and provided great resources to not only help me decide on what features and locations were the most important to me and would accentuate my lifestyle, but also provided referrals for a handyman, landscaper, house cleaner to prep my house for listing and an extremely thorough home inspector. No matter if you have a short sale (Geoff specializes in those), a traditional sale, you're looking for your first home (Congrats in advance!) or you're looking for a lease - I have zero reservations about recommending The Lavell Group - they are a high class firm and they give first rate service. To every person - every time.
