  • I just left what I thought was a scathing review of Discount Tire's competition, Firestone Complete Auto Care up the street. In a nutshell, FCAC wanted to sell me a 160.00+ tire (because it had a "wear ring" indicating internal damage) and wouldn't patch the slow leak because of company policy. Discount Tire sold me 4 new valve stems + wheel balance for 20 bucks. And had no idea or seen any "wear ring" The store manager Chris and his crew kept me and other customers informed as their work progressed. Discount Tire is my new go-to. Discount Tire is making a concerted effort to make a new customer into an old customer.
