Don't do it! I had a bad feeling when it was difficult for me to get a hold of Sara through text to figure out a good time to schedule the cleaning and she did not seem sure of her schedule with another client. I paid for 3 hours of cleaning. Sara said that she had an appointment at 11 am and that she can come at 9 am. I was doing the math and thought that was a bit tight to schedule for an appointment, but she is the professional so...ok. She mentioned later that she will have 2 people for an hour an a half. I had an emergency that I had to run to and I asked her to clean and I will stop by later if I can, but otherwise go ahead and clean. Sara said in a text "In order for me to do my job the correct way it can't be that much clutter. I have to be at my next appointment by 11 so I will not be able to complete the job today." I am a single mom and yes my house is dirty and that is why I requested a cleaning. The clutter was not that bad for having 2 kids because I am also getting my carpet cleaned this week and I had picked up quite a bit of clutter. I came back about 10am nothing was cleaned and she was gone. When I asked why she left she said she had the right to refuse service as a business owner. When a cleaning company refuses to clean because it's too dirty to their standards the answer is to just leave? Nope! Luckily there are many more cleaning companies and I will gladly use one of them. I guess that is my right as a customer.
