  • I've been to Distill a few times now and every time I do go there Rob the bartender is always on point. He notices you right away. If he is busy then he at least acknowledges you and says he'll be with you in a minute. Pool tables and cues could use some attention, but other than that... great service and pretty good food even at late night.
