  • Went in and knew exactly what I wanted done on my hair. Showed them a picture of what color I wanted it and the length and everything. After it was all said and done, they ended up charging me services I never had done and my hair didn't turn out the same color that it was supposed to be. It was almost a black looking color instead of a beautiful (one color) red that it was supposed to be. Seriously, one color and they couldn't even get that right!!! I would be very cautious coming to this place. I am going to try and get either a refund or a redo (with no charge) and have my hair corrected to the color it is supposed to. If they refuse... I shall be sure to let you know what kind of customer service they have as well.
