  • FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30th 2016 I went to Eye Tactics because of the reviews, this is my experience and my experience only. **READ CAREFULLY** PROS: Tialutrell (business owner) is the one who greets & takes care of you. At the moment she is the only one. Shes welcoming, friendly & personable. As she begins the service she tells you about her & also gives you some insight about her product (she used her own tinting & perm products) & also a lil history about the service. While she leaves your lashes to tint/perm you are left in the room for 25min, before she leaves she offers you a blanket, makes sure you are comfy & turns off the light which is really nice of her. CONS: To make an over-the-phone appointment is a hassle. You never get an answer. I called 3x in a span of 2 weeks. Tialutrell then left a voicemail suggesting I email her to set appt and thats when I got immediate response. Last con, MY RESULTS. MY RESULTS: I give Tialutrell 5 in her customer service. The reason I give it 3 stars is my results in the tint/perm. My results with the eyelash perm & tint are very dissatisfying. Naturally, my eyelashes are not super long but neither are they short. The are regular length and are healthy. I use coco oil on them every night. And recently Castor oil so they grow in length. When I curl them they look really good, curly AND lengthy and thats without mascara, which is the routine I do when im makeup free & for the gym. Going to Eye Tactics I expected just that. And decided on perm/tint as an everyday time-saving low maintenance option. The tint was alright, Ive seen darker & better tints but whatever mines alright. My lashes turned out too curly. You know when you curl your hair extra curly it locks up and look shorter? Yeah thats my eyelashes. They are now shorter than before which contradicts my whole purpose for going. I wanted a LIFT and got now got the total opposite. I tried curling them to see if they can look LIFTED and lengthy as usual but because they are too curly I really cant curl them. They are just too curly. Now even if I try to curl my lashes, I cant. I emailed Tia, got a response apologizing & kindly offering to reschedule with her to re do eylashes, I emailed her back to set a reschedule date but she NEVER got back to me. . The service is 85$ and I left her tip too. Thats just because thats the type of person I am. Either way I feel upset, just literally threw away 85$+ away & want my natural lashes back. :( I will submit photos so you guys can see my before & results..
