  • I've never had very good experiences with Babies r Us in general but this location is by far the worst. It's dirty, disorganized and has a staff composed of the most incompetent people I've ever encountered. Everyone is rude and seems to have little to no knowledge on any of the products they carry. They always have one line open and it doesn't matter if there's 1 person in line or 10, you're going to be stuck waiting forever because the cashiers are slow and seem to be unaware of what they're doing. I avoid going here at all costs.
