  • No stars. This hotel is just plain awful. Not only does the entire hotel smell bad every where we went, but the rooms are dingy and our toilet was broken. Upon check we were talked into upgrading to a suite. We opened the door to the most depressing and dirty room I have ever seen. We wanted a room with a view of the pool, and the supremely complacent front desk clerk gave a suite on the first floor that had overgrown hedges blocking any view of anything. There was trash and debris all over both patios. We went back to the front desk clerk and asked for a different room. He rolled his eyes at me. This was the precedence at this place. The completely checked out staff doesn't know a thing about customer service and could give two craps that you're even there. We were told maintenance would come fix the toilet, in the second room we were given, but of course they never did. I sure hope I'm not bringing home bed bugs. :( Avoid, avoid, avoid.
