  • This place is absolutely terrible! It appears to be a luxury apartment from the outside and the lobby but do NOT be fooled. The place is extremely dirty. They need to invest in a carpet cleaner and run the floors once a week. The fit and finish is also sub-par. We have issues with our apt but have given up trying to get them fixed. The move-in process was brutal. They did not have our keys or keyfobs ready and were still finishing construction on our apartment. On occasion, they still ask us which storage unit is ours. Terrible systems and lack of process. Once, we went on a business trip and upon our return our fobs had stopped working. It was after midnight and could not get into the complex and had to stay with friends until the office opened the next day. Another big issue... the majority of the residents are young and inconsiderate. They do not pick up after their pets, throw their trash down the chutes and they have lots of friends, over all hours, smoking weed to no end. It will knock you over when walking by their apartment. Anyone looking to rent here... RUN.... We are leaving as soon as our lease is up.
