| - I'm normally a very cooperative and patient customer as I've worked in food/beverage and retail before, but this place overall has poor customer service. I almost never leave poor reviews, but every time I've been to this location, I was never satisfied as a customer. Today, I ordered a simple iced latte and patiently waited for about 25 minutes for them to make the drink while everyone who waited behind me in line started receiving theirs. Once I noticed the majority of those after me received their drinks I went back in line to ask them again to make the drink. I was a little disappointed that the cashier didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and only apologized as she told them to make the drink. I waited for another 10 minutes listening to them call out everyone else's order before getting BACK in line to ask them for a refund instead. Again, instead of offering something like a refund or a complimentary muffin or anything they told me that the drink had been ready and was sitting on a small counter on the opposite side of the room where the normal pick up counter is, and nobody had called out my name or the order. So basically, I waited for nothing, my drink was melted, and they didn't do anything about it except say "Sorry" with a shrug. I apologized to the two girls who were trying to figure out what was going on because I understand that this location is busy and I'm not sure who to blame for all of the confusion and miscommunication I saw and see every time I come here, but it really does send a bad message to the customers including myself. Sad to write anything negative about anyone but after this last visit, I've decided not to come to this location again.
