  • I initially spoke to one of this store's employees over the phone. She was helpful and sharp. A few days later I came in and was helped by Scott. He was attentive, fast, and flawlessly juggled my more-involved project with the other customers who came in. I was also pleasantly surprised at how many of the customers were on a friendly, first-name basis with the employees there--that's always a good sign. Looking at some of the posted reviews, it looks like some folks had a negative experience at this store. Mine was overwhelmingly positive. One particular reviewer voiced that the Fountain Hills' UPS store was friendlier than this location--respectfully, I disagree with him.
