rev:text	I went in yesterday to order contacts and to ask dr a question about vitamins I could take for my eyes. When I got there, I sat down and there were several women in the back talking and one was fussing about her pen and then it sounded like they started fighting because one lady kept saying "children quit fighting." Then when the lady took me back to check my eye pressure, I told her I only wanted to ask the Dr a question about vitamins. She told me that she didn't know of any and didn't think the Dr would know either. When I ask about asking him, she said that I would have to have an eye exam first and the Dr was too busy to answer question. I then just ordered contacts and while waiting to be rung up, the young man and the lady who was assisting him were talking about another patient there in the office. I have seen the reviews of others who complain about how unprofessional the place is run and from looking at the dates on the reviews, nothing is being done. Its almost as if the inmates are running the Asylum. Dr. Pham and Gazadek are both good doctors, I have seen them both, but the unprofessionalism in the office is terrible. I work at a customer service driven job where customers have many other choices to choose from but I hear them say, they choose us because of our professionalism. I'm not bragging, I personally get told that. I have other choices of eye care in Gastonia and if the office stays in disarray, I will go to another eye Dr. I hope you can get it together and I hope that Corporate does hear and responds. I will know the next time I go in. Please don't respond by telling me that Corporate will hear about this because it seems to be falling on dear ears.
