| - The customer service reps are nice enough but the entire process from start to finish was met with some roadblocks. Experienced a lot of back and forth trying to sign off on lease, delivery and pickup. Their site seems to be experiencing some issues. Keep in mind that while rates start as low as $32.95, taxes, fuel charges and option to have free maintenance will get you up to $40 a month, which is not unreasonable, but is a bit more than $32.95. The total charge was clearly stated in the lease, but a little confusing when it added that there may be additional fees and taxes. You will also incur an additional $5.95 application fee on your first invoice which I was not informed about ahead of time so I was a little surprised when I received my first month's invoice for $46 and change. They do offer you free delivery and first month, which is great, but do keep in mind that when lease ends you will pay a $39.99 pick up fee, so this pretty much negates your first free month. Even still rates are reasonable overall. Pleased with the equipment which works well, was delivered in excellent condition, and the delivery was hassle free and smooth AND my request was last minute so I was very pleased with the fact that they were able to deliver and pickup within days of my request.
UPDATE:
Just received a call from customer service. They apologized for any trouble I have been experiencing during the process and wanted to sincerely work with me to change my opinion of my experience with Azuma. I was informed that web issues are recent and isolated and something they are working on. Woman I spoke to was also very open to my suggestion of making sure application fee is clearly stated, and making the language on the lease a bit more clear in terms of exactly what they can expect from month to month. Company gets 5 Stars for Customer Service, but I am basing my entire experience from start to finish so I will now change my rating from a TWO to a FOUR. Thank you Azuma
