  • I've taken my BMW here twice, and both times I was dissatisfied. The first time, they weren't very communicative but they did a good repair so I decided to take it back again the next time my car needed work. The last time I took my car here, they replaced the bushings, and six months later they were broken again, and they had not been done correctly to begin with. And again, the service was awful. One of the things that I value most with a car repair shop is honesty. MB Mercedes will tell you that they will give you quotes, and you will never receive them. They will tell you that they will get back to you in an hour, and it will be the next day (if at all) before they return your phone call. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.
