  • Kon'nichiwa, mouth watering ramen! I came here with three other people around 530pm and as we were walking from the car to the front entrance the smell of the food made my mouth water. Food (4 stars): There are three different type of broths here: 1) shio (light clear salty) 2) shoyu (soy sauce) 3) miso (creamy salty) There are also three different sizes 1) regular 2) large (1/2 size added to reg) 3) super size (1/2 size added to large) --- The regular size is perfect for me but the fiancee ordered a large size and he was content. There is an extra $1 added to each size up. I can vouch that the spicy miso ramen is the best ramen here, especially for those who love spicy food! The creamy spicy broth melts in your mouth along with the soft wet noodles. The spicy miso ramen comes with a huge piece of chasu, bamboo shoots and chopped green onion, 1/2 an egg, and spicy ground meat. Service (4 stars): The waiters were quick and attentive. Ambiance (3 stars): Its located on the corner of S Eldon St and Spring Mountain. If you make a right on S Eldon St, the parking lot on the right side in the back of the building. We went at the end of May and it was 90 degrees in Las Vegas and the restaurant felt like an oven. I was sweating as I was eating the ramen. I think they should turn the A.C. on higher. Theres about 8-10 tables of 2-4 seats and I can imagine how pack it would get during rush hours. I would recommend coming before dinner rush hour around 6pm or earlier to avoid the wait. The restaurant is very dimly light so I opt to sit closer to the window. Overall, if I am ever in town, I would definitely come back if I am craving spicy ramen!
