  • Wow! I can't believe how overcharged I was. Getting a simple high pressure hose replaced almost cost me $380 for the part plus labor. Everyone else I called cost $380 TOTAL!! They tried to pull a fast one on a customer that had been seeing them for quite some time. They counted on me not researching what was needed. It's sad that people trust mechanics to take care of something they might not know so much about and customers are treated this way. This is not at all how you run a business. I will never go back. I understand they need to make money, but you do not need to markup parts. Just be respectful of the customers and don't bank on their ignorance.
