  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This complex was my first apartment ever, and thanks to them I had the worst experience for the first year of living on my own. The only Pro of this place would be having utilities included in the rent pricing, but overall the quality of the complex itself isn't even worth HALF the price of rent. The wifi is complete trash it always stops working, the appliances aren't even close to being new. They're old and worn out. Something is always going wrong every month, the hot water went out for 4 days and all we got was Pizza for the "inconvenience". Our AC has gone out multiple times. We had to get new a washer and dryer after telling them MULTIPLE times that the one we moved in with was fucked up. At first they refused to give us new appliances until AFTER about 10th time of the maintenance people coming in saying the same shit and not knowing what was wrong with our old washer and dryer. Choosing to live here was the worst decision I've made all year. And they try to charge you for every little thing. So if you decide to live here be prepared to pay a shit ton of money, maybe for even damaged you didn't even cause. And I never write reviews for anywhere so this is how you know I feel very strongly enough to write a review for this place.
