Warning, do not use this property mgmt company. All they do is collect payment nothing more. The entire time I lived there they never fixed anything. You have to place several calls to a maintenance voicemail and they never respond. They also charge you $100 or anything they have to come out for no matter how minor. If you have more than 1 issue it's $100 per issue. So for example if your toilet and kitchen sink leak even though they are both in the same home they charge you a $100 fee for each item. 5 items broken equal $500.
As of May 3rd 2018 i was informed that I had to move due to not paying April's rent. This is after when I spoke over the phone and said i'd be bringing it in. I was lead to believe everything was fine over the phone. I got to the office at about 2p and was told that they wouldn't accept my funds unless I paid all of May as well. Now obviously I was not late for the month of May but yet they insisted it needed to be paid or they would continue with the process. I owed $1245 and that's exactly what i showed up with but they refused it. I will fight this in court and will not let them try to say i refused to pay when they refused to take the money. I'm going to make sure i take every avenue possible to get my version of the story out. Once again if you're looking for a property mgmt co stay away from this non professional place
