Cured & Whey, tucked away in an industrial complex. I drove around for a bit in the parking lot trying to locate it. Thankfully I had a friend who scouted ahead and helped to give me directions.
I browsed the menu for a minute (there wasn't much to it). I picked through the different sandwiches and salads, seeking out the vegetarian options, which there weren't many of. I ended up settling on the Greek Salad.
There was only two tables to sit at inside the restaurant. We ended up getting a corner of a table.
The salad itself was good though I found that the portion size was underwhelming. It would have been better paired with bread or a heftier portion size.
Honestly, leaving I felt cheated. I dislike with a passion leaving after a meal still feeling hungry while also being a little bit poorer. I had shelled out about 12 bucks for lunch and I was still hungry.
In conclusion, the food was good, the portions were small, and the pricing is on the higher side of what you would expect to pay for lunch.
