Another important reason why I left: YOUR yelp for YOUR location stated the deal of $20.00(ish) for a month of (level 1 bed) tanning. When you get there to redeem, "sorry, that doesn't apply to our location." Why is it on yelp for your location then, idiots? Honestly, if you want to be hassled every damn day you walk in there, and literally get hassled EVERY day (I'm not joking lol), then go ahead. I've never dealt with a worse tanning company. I'm going to corporate since I see the same response with every customer complaint. Pathetic. My main reasoning for going to corporate is that you can't keep lying to get customers in. I feel bad, really. You're a terrible business, you'll also be hearing from me soon ;)
Everyone who works here except for the sweet guy tries to up-sell WAY too hard. I've never seen anything like it in my life. It's literally like a hassle going in there cause the workers are so persistent and literally won't take no for answer unless you say it like 3 times. The first no is a nice no, the second is a little more stern, and they only stop when you say "NO!" And they know you're pissed and are not havin it. I cancelled my membership and headed to celebrity tanning (3 more miles out of my way) where they don't obnoxiously annoy every customer that walks in the door. Terrible business practices. I'd look elsewhere
