  • Hmm. Maybe it's because it was a very hot and humid summer day, but the macarons I bought didn't have the crispy-thin shell I was hoping for. Was hoping to try the famed foie gras macaron, but alas, t'was not meant to be (they change their flavours, I think based on season?). Instead, I got salted caramel, peach & black tea, orange blossom, ginger & chocolate, and blueberry lavender. My vote for best out of 6 goes to orange blossom - it really does taste like a mix between orange and a floral!
