| - Sheila is the worst manager, THE WORST!!!, I been taking my baby to Dr. Mendoza since she was born and never had a problem at the centennial hills location. My baby got sick on Sunday with a high fever this week and I had to rush her to the sunrise children hospital, they ran test on her and she has a uti, they prescribe me antibiotics to give to her, the doctor told me to have a follow up with her pediatrician in 2-3 days. So I went ahead and called Monday morning to set up an appt but they did not have anything available for Dr Mendoza only for Dr Webber. I did an appt for wed at 9:45 am. But then on Tuesday my baby again I had to take her back to the sunrise children hospital because she had diarrhea, vomiting and fever. They prescribed her medicine for it, so I called the pediatrician office again to have the appt for wed rescheduled. Again they had only Dr. Webber for Thursday at 12:45pm for the warm spring location. When I went there I arrived 1 hour early at 11:45 the girls in the front office were very nice. They proceeded to tell me I have an outstanding balance that's it's not even $100 over, it's way less than that. I already had a payment arrangement for that amount to be paid on the 28th of September this month with the centennial hills location. This manager was obligating me to pay it if not the baby was not going to be seen. She was sending out the info with the girls in the front, 3 times the girl in the front had to go to her to tell her that I said that amount was scheduled to be paid on the 28th of September when my baby receives her second shot of vaccinations. When the girl came back to tell me that there was nothing she can't do and refuse service on my almost 4 months old baby because her manager told her too. I called to speak to another manager and little did I know I was speaking to the same arrogant person on the phone, I explain to her what was going on and at first she acted like it wasn't her, then she admitted after that it was her and she put the blame on the girls in the front denying that she ever said to pay the outstanding balance, that all she said i had to pay was the $45 copay of my insurance. I told her that was never even mention to me at all, they only came back to tell me about the outstanding balance that was scheduled to be payed on the 28th of September and if I didn't pay it my baby was not going to be seen. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule my appt again, I told her if the copay was mention to me I wouldn't had any problem paying for it on her follow up appt because it was recommended to be done by the hospital. But she obligating me to pay the outstanding balance when I already had set up an arrangement with the centennial location to be paid on the 28th which is my baby second round of vaccination. I proceeded to ask her why am I having this problem at this location? This arrogant manager hung up the phone on me and refuse for my baby to be seen for her follow up appt with the pediatrician. This is absurd, never in my life I have experience a heartless person to refuse Service on a sick almost 4 months old baby. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, acquaintances or coworkers as long as that ARROGANT HEARTLESS MANAGER SHEILA IS THERE! THANK YOU DR MENDOZA AND STAFF AT CENTENNIAL LOCATION FOR YOUR SERVICES BUT MY BABY WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO BRIGHT FUTURE PEDIATRICS!!!!
