  • My first Coach purchase was over 30 years ago when the quality was second to none. A little over a year ago my wife purchased a Coach purse that she hardly ever used. That being said the attachment that holds the strap separated from the purse. I took it to the Coach store and asked about getting it repair due to inferior workmanship/ materials. The reply from the clerk was minimum charge would be 35.00 and that was company policy. Quite frankly the attitude combined with the entire situation was a major turn off. I really don't need to buy Coach product and will now buy other reputable brands
