  • Took my truck thru the wash and drove directly home. Walked in front of my truck and found the chrome piece had been broken loose. Contacted the company and end result was the assistant manager said their video showed it was loose on entering and broken on exiting so they wouldn't repair but would give us a $50 gift card for washes. We contacted the CEO who said they didn't have any video entering the wash and when he asked his assistant mgr, he was told he didn't tell us that. Then the CEO said the video did confirm it was broken on exit but we couldn't prove the wash did the damage and his assistant manager was being "very generous" in offering us a was gift card. I would recommend using a different car was company since the CEO either owns or operates all of these Rinse n Wash and his unwillingness to pay for the minor damage done to our vehicle would indicate he would be unwilling to pay for other damages done to your vehicles. There are plenty of other car washes around. You may want to avoid this business.
