| - We were defeinitely looking forward to dinner here on Saturday night. Unfortunately like the rest of the hotel, we were let down. Portions are tiny and prices are way too steep for the quality of food. You walk into stark open space that leaves you feeling cold as if in a concrete box. We spent $500+ and still had to go out for sandwiches two hours later at Jean Phillipes (note: our meals were comped so this is a true evaluation price aside). We had two orders of the kobe skewers, sashimi snapper, kobe steak, $68 beef sukiyaki, clam soup, yakisoba, blue fin shashimi, spicy toro in a lettuce wrap (why would you cook this dish? you loose the flavoring), avocado & unagi roll, white truffle ice cream, a sorbet, sake bottle.
(Note: Just like Cynthia C. comments, the waitress came up to us speaking mandarin. Odd. Too bad only 1 person at the table spoke or understood mandarin. Service was supperb though)
