  • Dr. Chem-Dry took on the hard job of cleaning my very old carpet & they wound up making it look brand new, something I thought was impossible. Actually, the entire interior looks much better -- a very dramatic before and after. Penny, Justin and Cody clearly explained all my options, then got to it. They also did my tile cleaning, i.e., refreshing the grout. i don't know how they could have done any better. Dr. Chem-Dry came on short notice, too. This particular Chem-Dry has been around for four decades, so they really know what they're doing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous -- punctual, too.
