  • I have been a long time customer of Desert Schools for both my business, my car loans, and my personal account. The rudeness today of the customer service representative ( long blonde hair and glasses) when trying to open another account was just unbelievable. I guess three new accounts and a substantial deposit account is of no interest to them. She should work on her customer service skills instead of pointing to a piece of paper instead of acting like a parrot.
