  • Selected Door Creek dental at first just out of ease and convenience since they are about .5 miles from where I live. However, what has kept me coming back is their state of the art equipment, the affability of their staff, the level of professionalism and their willingness to communicate with me and not try to up sell me on anything that I do not want or need. This is a dentist's office, after all and not a retail outlet. They have a laser device that removes tartar from your teeth that is really cool and I needed two porcelain crowns which they were able to make in-house. I am also pleased with the front desk staff they have always seemed to know what they are doing and they seem to be in good communication with the dentists once you get back up front to work out your insurance/pay. Door Creek Dental also firmly stands by the quality of their work. I had a crown chip and was freaked out that I would have to pay for a new one but they provided a replacement at no cost to me. I go there every six months and they will continue to have my business with this level of service.
