If I could give minus stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any establishment anywhere in the world. Today I ran into the post office on Spring Gate in Summerlin literally at 5:00 and 1 second following another woman that was 1 second ahead of me through the entrance. The woman usps worker told me I had to leave that only the woman one second ahead of me could come in. That I arrived too late.
I have come to this location many times and almost every time experience rude arrogant attitudes and the service is horrible.
Needless to say ( not related to this specific location) USPS has lost two recent packages I have sent and can't provide any tracking information once a package is lost somewhere in the process.
I only use USPS when absolutely no other choice is available. This outfit needs to be privatized. This type of employee behavior would not be tolerated anywhere else but with a government run operation.
